How long does dispatch take?
Express orders are despatched within 2 business days. Standard orders are despatched within 5 business days — every urn is made to order by hand.
How long does delivery take after dispatch?
Within Australia, add a further 1–2 business days for Express or 2–7 business days for Standard. International Express generally takes around a week; International Standard generally takes 1–2 weeks.
Will I have to pay customs or import duties?
No. For international orders, all applicable duties, tariffs and taxes are paid by Identity Urns. The price quoted to you at checkout is the final price — nothing extra to pay on arrival.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order is despatched, we'll email you a unique tracking number and link so you can follow its progress.

Standard: $85 for a standard-size parcel
Express: $105 for a standard-size parcel
Large parcels, including orders with a display case, aren't available to these destinations.
